Masala Chai is a classic Indian spiced tea. Our blend is made up of black Assam tea, cardamom, star anise, cinnamon, clove, ginger and black pepper. We hope to preserve the subtle characteristics of the black tea, while maintaining complex spice and floral notes. we recommend starting with a 1:1 ratio with your choice of milk, but there are no rules (it's not bad straight up tbh)
